I made liqueur with two berry combinations in August. Now They’re ready for bottling!
The first combination was 1/4 wild strawberries, 1/4 wild raspberries and 2/4 blueberries. The second liqueur was made of wild raspberries and arctic raspberries (Rubus arcticus). The latter has a very distinctive flavour and even though I couldn’t find too many berries they’re still easily recognizable in the drink.
