What is the Finnish porridge rice?

The Finnish porridge rice is a round, short-grained rice variety. In Finnish it’s called puuroriisi. in German you can find it in the stores by the name milchreis, while in Sweden it’s called grötris. Sushi rice can be used as a substitute if you cannot find puuroriisi where you live.
