Marinated red onions. I have them in the fridge almost all the time. They’re so simple to make and yet so tasty! I marinate a big jar at once because these stay good for a week. The recipe I’m sharing here is for one normal sized marmelade jar.
I use them on the side of meat and potato dishes as well as for accompanying salads: I mix them in mayonnaise-based salads and top my green salads with them!
